Nice house you got! How much did you spent on the renovation?? Do you mind sharing the quotation from Home Guide with me?? I am in the midst of shortlisting a contractor for my resale 5 room flat. Do you mind tell me where you bought the bathroom accessories (toilet basin, bowl etc) from. Did you use parquet strip flooring or laminates??

Thanks. My renovation cost is around $36k. I do not have a soft copy of the quotation but you can approach Kean. He is a very nice guy and we are quite happy with their service. Our bathroom accessories are from Ferrara Asiapac (UE Square,taps & shower stuff), Poh Huat (kitchen taps, toilet spray, basin) & Sims Siang Choon (toilet bowl). Our room flooring are done up using timber.

ur 36k includes all the reno work including kitchen and all toilets? that’s not bad. I thought like that should cost at least 40+k. got contact for ur ID? seems like he’s a nice guy. in terms of the workmanship, how’s it? carpentry? tiling works?
36k is purely on renovation excluding toilet stuff. Only purely carpenter works, tiling…and those timber strip for our rooms….you can get kean to bring you to our place to see the finishing
